yo! i hate that too but what i do is hit the star(*) and the (back) key and then hit the (end) key and this should get rid of the lock screen right off.
i have the rant and its ok, the only thing that really pisses me off is how it gets stuck on the lock screen

As a fan of both your site and your channel, I have a favor to ask. can you do a dog fight between BB Storm and Samsung Omnia keeping in mind the Omnia is half price, and the BB Storm is 2-for-1.
