the 3rd version for the phone is actual better touvh screen wise, the previous softwares did suck ballz, but the latest software allows u to use pens and styluses to control the screen like a samsung instinct or samsung omnia, i have the latest version for the glyde, its actually kinda better, hpe it works in the long run.
the enV touch is way better than this! I have the enV touch! Check it out!

yeah i know, they suck. we might be switching out of verizon because of this.
I have tried everything. They wont take it back and give me another unless I pay at least the discounted rate for a new phone.

WOULD be a good phone if it worked like it is supposed to. Knock on wood, the latest replacement I have right now has worked out great and has not froze in months….but I know it will f*ck up again.

dude, tell them its broken. say it shuts off or anything. my sister had too pay 400 bucks to get the voyager. the update didnt help.

this phone sucks balls….my friend has it i use it and touch screen sucks and its crappy in general the software and phone fell apart 1 time like the slide literally fell off it was gone and he had 5 phones 4 glydes and a crap phone
I still have it and it still sucks! three time replaced and it still messes up

worst phone ever. I have it and Verizon refuses to take it back unless it messes up 3 times in 90 days. They replace it with the same phone and it sucks balls!!!
