Does it compete with iPhone? Sure, I suppose, but there's a market for both. My son enjoyed a spansive full-length movie selection on our last car trip on the 32G internal and 16G external. Used my dual quad-core Mac Pro to convert some BluRay to H264. So, uhh, thanks Apple for that at least.
