Apple countersues Motorola for patent infringement
Earlier this month Motorola announced that it was suing Apple for patent infringement, alleging that the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and some Mac computers were infringing on 20 of Motorola’s patents. Apple has flipped the tables and is now countersuing Motorola for patent infringement. Apple believes that Motorola’s Android phones, including the DROID, DROID 2, DROID X, CLIQ, CLIQ XT, BACKFLIP, DEVOUR, i1, and CHARM, are infringing on six of its patents related to multitouch and operating systems.
