Xperia active: Munich City Surfing

Get outdoors, the Xperia active is water resistant and dust-proof meaning you can go anywhere. Just like this Munich City surfer.

    @taltigolt Why do you say that ? Can’t you surf with a Xperia active ? Didn’t they say it was waterproof ?

    so they show something your not supposed to do?

    it is like making a commercial for a car and driving it through walls then have a big warning “DO NOT DRIVE IT THROUGH WALLS”

    @Marx3 u read manuals? wow

  • Majkii

    @Marx3 tbh, writing in the manual that you shouldn’t do all those things is just standard procedure. Same with some “waterproof” watches.

    Why advertise like this… then have a huge disclaimer saying that this stuff isn’t covered…. and in their instruction manual they basically say that it should not be put in any water, such as swimming pools or oceans - Are Sony Ericsson confident in their creation? I think not!

    Bring out a water, shock, dust, temperature, scratch and crush “”PROOF”" phone for the UK market, as I know outdoor professionals would love it - the Casio Commando is perfect.. just not available in the UK!

    Wow, this one would have been great instead of my HTC Desire , which slipped and fell right into my coffee yesterday…

    it would be great if sony made a xperia arc mini,lets say the screen is only 3.4 inch and has a front camera..it will surely be pleasing for people who can’t afford the big s.e.xperia arc :)
